Roof Inspections & Surveys
Independent roof condition reports for homeowners, landlords, buyers and insurers — drone, ladder or scaffold survey with written findings and photographs.
What's involved
A proper roof inspection is more than a glance from the pavement. We carry out a structured survey — drone imagery for steep or fragile coverings, ladder access where safe, full scaffold for tall stacks — and we report against a written checklist covering covering, fixings, lead detailing, chimney, ridge, valley, flashings, gutters and visible loft conditions. The output is a plain-English report with photographs that a homeowner, buyer's solicitor, landlord or insurer can act on, and a costed schedule for any remedial work.
