What's involved
Most failed flat roofs were never installed properly in the first place — wrong falls, badly bonded laps, no upstands. We strip back to the deck, replace any rotten boards, set correct falls, and bond the new EPDM or GRP membrane in one continuous piece wherever possible. The result is a flat roof that lasts decades, not seasons.
