What's involved
Industrial roofing is a different discipline from domestic flat-roof work — the spans are bigger, the falls are shallower, and the failure points are almost always the gutter line, the laps and the rooflights rather than the sheet itself. We over-clad failing profiled metal roofs, replace cracked GRP rooflights, re-line valley gutters with single-ply, and survey asbestos cement sheet properly before any work starts. Every project is delivered with full RAMS, written method statements and out-of-hours options to keep production running.
